Criteria for listing Personal Chefs on our website:
Must have volunteered in our kitchen for at least three 6 hour shifts
Must have completed at least one of the following:
Chef’s training program (Natural Gourmet, Bauman, other)TSH Culinary Apprenticeship Program
1 year experience cooking privately for at least 1 client (please give reference)
Must be familiar with Weston A. Price principles
Must be willing and able to cook food compatible with Weston A. Price principles
